- Personalized
items are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or
exchanges.

there are any other issues, please message us! - We accept the return of
products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or
workmanship.
3. Fulfillment mistakes:
- Fulfillment
mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect
products to you will also be accepted for return.
4. Return Timeframe:
- You
may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After 30
days, we may not be able to accept returns or provide refunds. Please
consider shipping time when calculating 30 days from purchase.
- Please
note that the return shipping time should also be considered when
determining the eligibility for a return.
5. Return Process:

your order details, including the order number, date ordered, item(s) to
be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Provide photographs of the item being returned including photographs of any damages.

providing you with a return authorization number (RMA) and any additional

- Returns
submitted without a return authorization number (RMA) will not be accepted,
no credits or refunds will be issued and we will not pay the shipping cost
to return the item to you.

cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless
the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped,
damaged item).
- We
recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the proof of
shipment until the return is processed.
- If the
return is due to our error, we may provide you with a prepaid shipping
label or reimburse the return shipping costs upon receipt and verification
of the returned item(s).
